Awesome service. I love being able to get help from knowledgeable sales staff whenever I need it. They don't bother you until you need them, but they are there to ensure you don't spend 5 minutes looking for what you need.
LITERALLY the best customer service I've ever received from not just a hardware store, but a store in general��� I legit had to tell them "y'all got some good customer service here." The staff was knowledgeable, asked if you needed help, even though it was slow they were still moving around trying to be of service. THAT is what customer service is!!! #HomeDepot Homedepot take notes!
I walked in saying "I need a thing and I don't know what it is. Walked out with a sillcock key a few minutes later. Always helpful, friendly and upbeat. Sometimes I go to Ace just to hang out and look at stuff. :)
