I grew up in Canada and one of the things I’ve missed most is the availability of poutine in Dallas. I first tried MLD a few years ago and the poutine was so close to what I grew up with. I haven’t been in the area and haven’t been in a while. Made a special trip over yesterday to get my poutine fix and was blown away by how it literally transported me to my childhood eating poutine for lunch at a hockey tournament.
