We showed up around 11am and waited 45 minutes. We had a great brunch with a nice atmosphere. It's a must eat if you want great food and can wait a few minutes. If you don't have time to wait for great food then you will need to hit the greasy fast-food joint down the street and hope they make it fresh and not give you that one that's been sitting for 20 minutes.

As a Canadian who just moved to Texas, my expectations were very high! Well they sure didn't disappoint! The poutine was spot on and the cabbage rolls were amazing!! Very friendly staff and the atmosphere was just like at home. I had a chance to talk to the owner and was beyond pleased to find out he is indeed a fellow Canadian!!

Not really sure what the food tastes like since we didn’t even have the chance to order any. We were seated for 10 minutes and not once did a server even make eye contact with us — even though there were easily seven in the restaurant. I was excited about trying the pizza burger, but we opted instead to go to leave and try Sazón Tex Mex next door, where we were instantly treated to water and chips and salsa.
I’m a Canadian ex-pat and my friends from Canada are here on vacation. We stopped in today for lunch and it was amazing! Chicken waffle, flag ship sandwiches and poutine were on point and of course we had to have a Caesar or two. Butter tarts tasted like home! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly and the service was the best. My Canadian companions wish you could open one back home and are planning a trip to Kingsville soon!
