Recommendeddon't no why ppl could possibly say anything negative maybe a bad day! 4 months now and I totally love this community. their always on the grounds doing pick up clean up. excellent lawn and matainance crew ive had 5 issues which 2 were major and it was taken care of as work orders were initiated. it a beautiful community friendly folks well lit secured area. the prices for all this is absolutely fair for all we get so dont mind the cost. keeps it a safe area!! I is the perfect home great and efficient team # love my home!!!

I do love living at Maplelane apartments.. it’s nice and quiet, very nice neighbors. The office staff is very nice and very helpful. The New Manager seems to be right on it, We have a lot of problems in the past 2 years with people who don’t live here coming to the pool... Last week it has been very nice at the pool... Thanks so much to the New Manager for taking care of this..
We just rented an apartment at Maple Lanes. We applied with Sicerie Brooks she was so friendly and made us feel like we were already part of the community. She helped people as they came in with payments and pickups while we worked on filling out our applications, she was so cheerful and kind. She would apologize to us when she had to take calls. What a treasure she is for Maple Lanes to have. You can tell the folks in the community really felt the connection. Alisha was great too and very friendly. 👍thumbs up!
WARNING- Maple Lane is not Senior Citizen Friendly. No SSI raises but they raise your rent at quite a non manageable amount. Loved my 9 yrs living there but can’t afford the increase.

Outstanding Apartment Complex ! Quality Staff and Management ! Very large, friendly squirrel population ! I only have one minor issue with a project that is not being allowed to occur ! But I understand why and will honor the request ! Still, sure would be nice to sit down to a tasty, roasted squirrel smorgasbord !
