I lived at Maple Knoll for 3 and a half years prior to leaving a couple months ago when I purchased a home. I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff, especially after the Marquette acquisition, a big effort has been made to promote community life and resident events. Great job guys making a great community and place to live!
Special shout out to the staff of Maple Knoll Apartments!! They continue to make life here such a friendly and welcoming community. Every event is fun and where you can meet and talk with friendly people. The living units are perfect, the maintenance is on point and the amenities are wonderful. Maple Knoll is the best choice I could have picked to live!
I absolutely love living here!!! The community events are great. I've met so many amazing people since I've been here. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Great apartment with plenty of space for a 1 bdrm! The management staff is very helpful and personable! Really enjoyed my time at Maple Knoll!
