RecommendedI have lived in Maple Knoll for two years now and only have GREAT things to say. Maple Knoll provides affordable living and great finishes to their units. The Maple Knoll team is very professional and very personable! Also, the maintenance crew is top notch. They go above and beyond to keep the grounds looking clean cut and respond to calls immediately. Maple Knoll has certainly been a place to call home. ❤
I love living here! There's a strong sense of community, with many free events each month. The price is right for what you get and much lower than other places in town. It's also very quiet. I've only heard my neighbors 3 times in the last year. Highly recommend!
Overpriced and you will hear everything your neighbor does. Are they going pee you will hear it. Did they cough? You will hear it.
What an awesome place to live! I think my favorite part is the staff and their get it done attitudes they always wore. They also had a ton of events going on all the time, big sense of community here.
Apartments and landscaping always look nice. Charlie (maintenance) and Mandy (manager) are both nominated for awards. The care team is a group of neighbors that helps with weekly events and helps new neighbors feel welcome. This month we have outdoor movies, a grill out, a photography class hosted by our neighbor, and community nights at the fire pit (also hosted by neighbors).
I have lived here for almost 4 years and I love it! The staff is very friendly and they make an effort to get to know the residents. We have a good variety of activities and I really feel a sense of community here that I have not often had in other apartment communities.
I absolutely love living at Maple Knolls. The staff are great, the amenities are great and it is just a wonderful place to live overall.
