5 ⭐ pretty good maintenance crew they got here listen to issues
RecommendedIt's a nice park. Rents decent and the park gets snowplowed. I like the landlord's and maintence crew do a good job. I give them a 5 star.

The only person worth any interest in this place is the head of maintenance. At least he cares about the tenants needs. Put a work order in for windows to be fixed properly before winter hit and still waiting on these lazy ass people to fix them. Hole in floor under the sink in daughter's bathroom and now that it's below freezing pipes in that bathroom freeze daily even at a drizzle.
Horrible place, rotting trailers everywhere, unsafe water, and infestations galore
Horrible park!! A true slum! The drinking water is white, the holds homes for many critters and pest in its multiple run down and rotting trailers. Do not move in without consulting current residents! Not healthy living conditions at all. I have reported my concerns to the local health inspector, if any problems arise I'd suggest the same (or Eggelston Township Hall). I was a resident for almost a year. Don't rent from there . Very dirty place an full of bugs they don't tell you about . Wouldn't recommend moving in there to no one .
Dirtiest, nastiest, place I ever drove through, Such trashy people. I would be homeless before I lived there.
The mangement sucks.
