My neighbors are burning garbage right by my living room window causing smoke damage. I've let management know about it. I even showed them pictures. I'll be lookin into moving my unit out of here.
Recommendedi just moved in and everyone I have dealt with thru office has been friendly and helpful. I give 5 stars.
We've been here since July 2018. As renters we are bound to have issues, but even minor things are taken care of immediately. The rent is fair. Neighbors are great. 5 ⭐ for sure ... as for customer service are 10 ⭐ allowed?
Lived here since July, its mostly a quiet community that I enjoy being apart of. Staff is a quick call away, and show up quickly to fix an issue.

my family and I live in the Estates and you can see that it is undergoing Construction it may not look like much now but with a little TLC which they are working on it could be something great. management and maintenance here is amazing, I give them 5 stars.
