I'm very satisfied with the care given at Maple Brook Dental and have referred a number of people to them.
RecommendedJean is an awesome hygienist! She has a great personality is professional, listens to your concerns and just does a great job. She is great to chat with as well. The new location is beautiful, inviting and the atmosphere is relaxing. Receptionist was friendly. Dr Lam is great as well. I am never rushed during my visit. I am a bundle of nerves whenever going to the dentist and Maple Brook Dental makes going to the dentist as easy and relaxing as can be.
I too had a bad experience with a dentist as a child, since then I have had good dentists growing up. Dr. Lam has been my dentist for a few years now, and I feel very comfortable with him. He really cares about you, and gives you options for your dental care. I trust his judgement in what needs to be done.
I have had many awful experiences from childhood to adulthood with going to the dentist! The staff and Dr. Lam communicated with me, calmed me down, asked if I was nervous, provided me with pain medicine so when he was doing the work on my teeth I didn't feel any pain. I do recommend Maple Brook Dental! (and that is saying a lot coming from me!) lol
