I had an emergency situation (I thought) and the receptionist was very sympathetic, able to offer me an appointment the next day. Situation turned out to not so much an emergency, but much more complicated than I expected. Dr. Lam explained my options and why he did or didn't recommend each one. He was very patient, answered my questions, and was understanding that my insurance doesn't kick in until January, so treatment will be delayed.
