Really really horrible in every way possible. Didn’t even lay a hand on me to check out my shoulder then gave me an order for a test he probably wasn’t even sure about. Then the order was declined by my insurance because he had not put my clinical history (that I’ve gone to PT, taken pills, iced and heated, etc.) And they didn’t find sufficient reason for me to take the test. Long story short their solution was for me to find another doctor to do what he should’ve done in the first place.
Very friendly staff. Dr. Frade is very knowledgeable and explained my disease and treatment thoroughly. Answered all my questions. Prices are reasonable. Location is very convenient. Very satisfied with the service I received,
