Kind and professional office staff.
This office has caused me so much stress. Their billing tactics are unethical. I went in for a cleaning and was told I had to pay $168 up front without telling me prior. I have insurance and am fully covered but they refused to bill my insurance and wanted cash up front. I had done this previously and never received the money back. Additionally, other patients shared the same sentiment. However, I was continuously bombarded post appointment by the staff to pay them or they would send me to collections.
