The male staff member did a fantastic job. He was kind, polite, and accommodating, and he kept talking to me throughout the process, which made me feel comfortable. The service itself was great, and I genuinely appreciated his effort. However, the experience completely changed when I was transferred to a female staff member for the nail polish.
