Unfriendly vibe - Nails were fine, but the attitude wasn’t. A smile goes a long way — didn’t see one here.
My nails are an absolute mess after getting polish removed. All cracked now. They also did apply the polish. They filed the polish off mostly. Minimal polish remover. My first manicure in years! I'm just so disappointed as they seemed like nice folks.
I recently had acrylics done at this salon, and it was by far the worst set I've ever had. Within just two weeks, the acrylics on three of my fingers completely lifted off. When I went back to have them removed and explained what happened, the staff showed no concern about the poor quality of their work. I decided to get a simple manicure instead, but the technician rushed through it, leaving me with irritated, sore fingers.
