I went in the Manteno location with five lug studs and five lug nuts, left the place with 4 lug studs and 3 lug nuts. They told me I had to pay for what they had broken off my car. The owner.... Patrick was racist and very unprofessional. if you're a person of color I suggest you use someone else. if you value quality in class I suggest you don't visit them. they will let the black guy service your car in the back OUTSIDE OF THE ACTUAL SHOP!

Didnt treat me like an idiot that knew nothing about vehicles just because I was a female and was SUPER helpful when it came to dealing with the loan and warranty company. He helped me win a HUGE debate with them when it came to getting everything taken care of, due to the repair estimate coming up to more than I paid for the vehicle less than 2 mo ths ago.
