Copied from my google review Ive been a customer here for several years. Spent thousands on an engine, oil changes, starter, etc. I had a bad squeaking sound when i turned my wheel and needed an oil change. 2 seperate workers looked at it and said it was the struts. They wanted $1,200 for all four. I took it elsewhere and got THE ACTUAL PROBLEM fixed for under $200. A lower ball joint. Then a week from when i got the oil change, my oil light came on. They ended up putting the wrong oil filter on and the filters gasket blew. ... read more

If you would like a refund for your oil change, I will gladly give you one. Looking over the invoice, according to the computer and the invoice the correct oil filter was installed. It is possible the filter may have been defective, which is why I will with out question offer you a refund. As far as recommendations go with 192,657 miles on the car the struts were recommended as they I believe were original and that price was for struts, mounts, springs, labor, and an alignment. About a month or so ago they fixed my wheel bearing on my Malibu and it took them no time at all!! And it was on a Sunday, the only day I can take off work to get stuff like this done. They also told me I need another wheel bearing and brakes soon!! I will definitely be returning for both very soon!!
