My elderly mother went in for X-rays. Twice this office failed to send the images over to the doctors office. In the third she went and picked up a disk with said imaging. To our luck blank disk. So lazy and unprofessional place.

I used to build/launch imaging centers as a medical consultant. While the staff here is mostly nice and the equipment is standard, DON’T have outside groups send MRI requests here. I waited NINE months to schedule one, the person there told me they don’t request authorization and it’s up to MD to do so. LIE. After bouncing it back and forth for months, I finally demanded in person it be done. She got the authorization in 30 min. Still trying to schedule another MRI with them. I came for a walk-in xray at 1pm on a Monday. I waited about 25 minutes. All the staff was very, very friendly. I had no issues.

Do not come here if you have an ultrasound to see your baby. Significant other couldn’t come in, she couldn’t show me what was being seen in the ultrasound, no listening to heartbeat, no phones allowed & to top it off their printer was broken so I did not receive any pictures of the baby. Horrible.

Very poor customer service. I brought my mom in to make an appointment In person because she could not reach anyone by phone after trying multiple times over a 2 week period. We waited 20 mins for the "scheduler" who never even came out to talk to us and finally left. They called my mom 2 days later to schedule her appointment. Two weeks later we brought her in for a walk in X-ray 2 weeks and attempted to schedule another appointment for a different test and was told the scheduler was not available.
