First And foremost, big shout out to Samantha The MRI technician I came in for an MRI and had to reschedule a few times because of being Claustrophobic, but today was a different day as soon as I arrived Samantha made me feel comfortable. Was really professional, nice and polite and understanding of how I felt I didn’t think it was possible, but I was able to perform The whole MRI with the coil on my head with no problem, not Xanax or any other medication could’ve helped me the way she did without her. My elderly mother went in for X-rays. Twice this office failed to send the images over to the doctors office. In the third she went and picked up a disk with said imaging. To our luck blank disk. So lazy and unprofessional place.
