Social workers did not advocate for my father. I found Nicole in particular to be difficult and combative. The business office called me nonstop before his arrival but after that not only did they not return my calls or my sisters, and they would not speak with me when I went to the facility. The director there seems to care but his administrative staff are difficult and uncaring. The Nurses and CNA's seemed good. The issue is more the lower level administration, they have too much authority for low level inexperienced staff... read more
