I want to say up front that I'm only rating the web site not the store as a whole; their web site sucks. There's no way to browse around or pre-shop for mattresses. One can not even do any comparison shopping with similar brands in store or around town. It's extremely limited, has very few links and even fewer pictures of products. This is quite disturbing.
