RecommendedThe maintence crew is prompt even after hours. Office staff is very pleasent to communicate with, my daughter, grand daughter, and myself love it here. Brenda you are great.
If you want to party, drink a lot, smoke pot, buy drugs and raise cane, this is the apartments for you. I have lived here for 9 years and the people over me have now made it necessary for me to look elsewhere for a new home. The boy smokes pot and wrestles and rough houses with whomever at all times of the day and night. For the last year I have had no peace because of them.
Hi! I didn’t actually live here but I knew someone who lived there and the apartments NEVER fixed any of the problems that were brought to maintenances attention. The manager never followed up with any of the issues and would falsely sign off on the maintenance reports saying they were finished. The maintenance man and the manager walked in on the individuals while they were SLEEPING and didn’t provide a 24 hour notice just to look at one issue, that still wasn’t fixed. We have been here 6 months so far with no problems that haven't been resolved within 24 hours. Staff is great, maintenance are quick to get things fixed. Neighbors are peaceful. Get text messages if their are problems around the complex. Great prices. Happy to call mansion south our house.
If you have an emergency on weekends forget it... Your on your own.. I am very disappointed yet once more. Same problem flooding under kitchen
I did live here for a short period of time, despite my personal circumstances, I loved living here, desirae was great and dawn was exceptional plus my kids loved going downstairs just to visit her! Great place to live!
I've lived in these apartments for several years now. I'm still happy living here. Don't have to worry about the utility bills, any maintenance issues are resolved right away, and the ladies in the office are so nice and helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone who asks.
The construction company I work for has rented several apartments with the The Mansions South for several years. They are great. They are always helpful and treat have always treated everyone including me wonderfully. They make the whole renting process a breeze. I have rented apartments for 15 years now ALL over this country and I have to say these folks are my favorite!!! thanks for all your help Mansions ladies !!
