UNRESPONSIVE - DO NOT MOVE HERE - June 30th!! It’s been 2 months and a week since you have still not fixed my air conditioner. (I have pictures, voicemails ect.) I have sent in notices to get this fixed during 100’s degree summer. Try sleeping / working during the day in a unit that won’t stay cool, sweat at night and is completely unreasonable to continue to live like that in 90-100 degree weather! I Just moved here to Tulsa this location is great close to the river walk restaurants dog parks and downtown. I am in a studio on the 4th floor the views are great! The apartment is clean no bugs and modern the Ac works great and laundry room is clean and I never have to wait for a washer or dryer. The parking and property is gated and I never feel unsafe while on the property. The staff is great Jodi and Desiree are very friendly and welcoming to help you. I’ve been very happy here. I feel safe with the gate and cameras. The pool is beautiful and relaxing.. The staff are wonderful and I haven’t seen turn over the way you do at other properties, which says a lot. Maintenance is quick. They just got new washing machines. Riverside is walking distance. I love living downtown. The grounds and building are immaculate. My view is spectacular!
This apartment is great for the most part. I enjoy having easy access to the highway, safe place to park my vehicle, secure entry, and camera monitored package area. The staff are friendly and I appreciate the attention to cleaning and taking care of the property. Anytime I’ve had something go wrong, they have always been very responsive in fixing or sending pest control if needed.
