I have lived here for the past year. I haven’t had heat/air for over a month and was informed that it wouldn’t be fixed for 6-7 weeks. Most of the washers don’t work, the elevators are broken more often than is reasonable, and it smells and sounds like living at an animal shelter. I wouldn’t recommend this property to ANYONE!
My stay here has been great for the most part. I like the proximity to downtown, ease of using the package concierge, and security that comes with the key fobs and gated parking lot. I also really like the ease of paying rent online and having access to everything via the online portal, and the routine cleaning and maintenance of the hallways. I was SO looking forward to moving into Mansion House & rating the leasing staff, amenities, LARGE balconies & 1 bdr apt with TONS of storage as 5+! Unfortunately, due to my making some bad financial decisions years ago, being hospitalized for months & losing a job, the 3rd party that processed my application DECLINED it. Lived there for 2 years and the office staff is great!
Desiree is absolutely an amazing person with an awesome attitude. She showed me around this place a couple of times before I moved in and she always had a great smile on her face. She most definitely needs a raise for the hard work she is putting and this apartment is so lucky to have her!
