Terrible place to live at. Management is clueless about anything that is happenning. They are always late in notifying residents. After having multiple fire alarm disruptions for over a month, today I had to cancel my meetings because alarms kept going off, my dog barking and I could not work. Went to the office to ask them the reason and they told me they WILL send a notification email. THAT SHOULD HAPPEN PRIOR TO TESTING not after! Moved here August 2020 and moved out in August 2021. It was the worst place I have ever lived at and I was appalled by the way the property was managed which left me extremely depressed and exhausted. I despised being there and the pandemic made it a lot harder to leave my home with places being closed. Management does not seem to care at all about the residents and only about getting your money. Remember the saying, “All that glitters is not gold?” Mansion at Bala is a perfect example. The large apartments with a beautiful stone front and nicely worded advertisements are just a cover for the countless problems and poor management. It’s a calculated tactic to draw in tenants. The building is poorly constructed with cheap materials. The elevator is one freight elevator that’s a headache to get to depending on where you’re located. It’s in one building.
