Had to move out of my old house and had a gap between then and moving into the new one. They got me in 2 units right next to eachother same day. Super accessible being next to the highway. No gates to worry about but given the area i had no worries about my stuff being unsafe. Moved out today because we got into our home and i can safely say id use them again any day!
Would be 0 stars if possible. I would not give this company a dime of my money. Rented a storage unit off them for less than 2 months. Lost over $2,000 in furniture. The insurance policy the owner claimed covered water damage did not. Laura was extremely rude and not helpful through the process kept saying she would call and never did. Takes forever to get ahold of, this was on going for 4 weeks. Told me it was their fault as the concrete was cracked to the unit and it was unrentable until they could get it fixed. Would be zero stars if possible. Had the storage unit from May 1st until the beginning of June, the storage unit flooded and ruined over $2,000 in furniture. We were told the insurance policy we purchased was covered under water damage, and now they are saying it is not covered because the owner is claiming it is from" surface water". Unsure how water surface was sitting 2+ inches up on items. The manager was not helpful, and extremely rude. Would not recommend the storage unit to anyone.
Price for my rental is reasonable. Indoor facility is being kept clean/maintained. This place was unsecured for 30+ days but now the indoor access is restricted. Twice now, two different days at 9pm and 5:30am I was not able to access my unit, completely locked down, not even the keypad worked. I use this unit for both personal and business so I am in and out sometimes a few times a day and at different times and had been until these last few days.
