Would be zero stars if possible. Had the storage unit from May 1st until the beginning of June, the storage unit flooded and ruined over $2,000 in furniture. We were told the insurance policy we purchased was covered under water damage, and now they are saying it is not covered because the owner is claiming it is from" surface water". Unsure how water surface was sitting 2+ inches up on items. The manager was not helpful, and extremely rude. Would not recommend the storage unit to anyone.
Price for my rental is reasonable. Indoor facility is being kept clean/maintained. This place was unsecured for 30+ days but now the indoor access is restricted. Twice now, two different days at 9pm and 5:30am I was not able to access my unit, completely locked down, not even the keypad worked. I use this unit for both personal and business so I am in and out sometimes a few times a day and at different times and had been until these last few days. Office staff are awesome and price for my unit is reasonable.
Worst place i've ever done business with. They tried to be nice at the beginning, but I paid my full rent for one month and they wanted me to pay an additional $68 and rented my unit out to someone else before I even had my stuff out of it or my time was up. Needless to say, I came in the middle of the night gathered my stuff and left did not pay the extra $68.
