Dr.nangha takes to long to get back to messages left as a priority to her. Then office staff got very rude and hung up while I was trying to get answers because all I need is a referral to a dermatologist for a rash she has seen since they said it would be 3 WEEKS before they could fit her in for a _SICK visit
My 6 year old son had strep throat and they said they couldn’t take him till 3 days later, so my son was suppose to sit there with strep for 3 days until they were available? Also nangha is very short with her patients. It seems like she is rushing to get out. If you have ADD/ADHD just plan to pay $100 a month to go see a psychiatrist to get your prescriptions, because she won’t. Even though I’ve been on the same medicine for 10+ years. You adjust and get back on schedule if your running late! < IF your running behind the professional thing to do is to acknowledge and apologize for the long wait. I brought my son into this office a little over a week ago. They sent his prescription over incorrectly, and then took two entire days to fix the error. During those two days my son got even more sick and I had to keep him home from school. I have been trying to reach either the doctor or nurse that saw my son for over a week and I have gotten ZERO responses from anyone in their office. We’ve been using this office for 3 years now and whatever switch has been made in the past year has turned this place into a disaster. No one calls you back, every line you call goes to voicemail so when I need to check on a referral I’ve been waiting 3 months for and have already been charged $220 dollars for I have to call the appointment line to get anyone to answer. Then I get transferred to a manager who sees that I’ve been waiting months for a referral and she tells me she will get it taken care of....that was 3 weeks ... read more
