Mansfield Motors is the best! I purchased my first car from them 4 years ago, and it was the perfect car while I was away at college. I recently decided to upgrade to something bigger, and I didn’t hesitate to buy another car through them again. Mark and his staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I couldn’t be happier with my new car!
They sold us a vehicle that had a front end collision and never told us and we lost our ass on it!
We bought a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali. We took it to a Chevy service department and it had a long list of things wrong with it. It has now been at the shop for 2 weeks and they have been very bad about communicating with us and the shop they had to send the truck to. I would not recommend buying a car from them its way to much of a hassle to get help or any information.
I purchased a 2015 Silverado here at Mansfield Motors. It is a beautiful truck very clean and had practically new tires. When I initially contacted Joe to come look at it he told me that it was sold. Then he called me back 3 days later because the deal fell through. I went that day and looked at it. It was in my driveway a few nights later. Joe was the easiest salesman I have ever dealt with. The guys at Mansfield Motors couldn't have been better! Great deals, great cars. I traveled from WNY to check out a few cars that interested me from the website and they had the keys waiting for me to test drive when I got there. I took a great car home that day! Needless to say, these guys know what they're doing.
