Had a very average experience. Got a good deal on the Jeep I bought which I am happy about. Not so thrilled at the fact that I live over 90 minutes away and having to make two separate trips (so 6 hours of total driving) because the guy helping us Joe, decided to leave early even tho I spoke with him on the phone and made an “appointment” to come check it out and the younger man there could not do anything to help us other than test drive it. If you purchase a camper from here make sure that you bring someone that knows campers really well. Any dealership for that matter. Even though I had my grandfather and uncle look it over there was a TON of hidden things wrong! I purchased a 2004 Travel trailer from here for $3000. Every time we fix water damage from one spot we find water damage in another spot! My fiancé and I went to Mansfield motors to look for a new vehicle. The first time we went there, the salesman was talking to his co worker while we were trying to figure out what payments would be on a specific vehicle, mostly ignoring us. The second time we went, we spoke to a different salesman who, when I asked about the mileage of a particular vehicle (he had the specs pulled up on his computer), he ignored my question and told me to go look myself. I recently bought a vehicle. I had it for about a week and took it back with a few small things that I wanted the garage to look at. Larry drove me back to work while they looked at my car so I didn't have to miss time. They were very accommodating and fixed everything that I was asking about and then some. Great group of guys. I would definitely recommend the dealership because the garage is awesome and they really want to make their customers happy!!!
I’ve had multiple dealership experience, but I’ve never had an experience like I’ve had at Mansfield Motors. From the time I pulled in until the time I left with my “new to me” 2013 Lincoln MKZ, Joe Bellinger was amazing to work with.
