Maintainance My father took took his Lincoln in for a recall repair on a switch connected to the cruise control. The cruise control was working prior to the visit for the repair. After the repair was completed the checked the cruise control and it no longer was functioning. He returned to Varsity and informed them of the problem. Instead of taking responsibility, Varsity shop manager was rude and insisted cruise control was not have been working prior to recall repair and sent my father on his way. Horrible Service I took my car to the Varsity Service Department to have the first oil change done. During the service the Mr. Stevens tried to sell me new wiper blades and the car wasn't 6 months old. Talk about a rip off!
DO NOT BUY FROM BEN LEESE I bought a used car from Ben Leese in May 2012 He was very short with me ... told me nothing about the car ... in fact he acted like I was a waste of his time Mario was more tentative to my needs then he was ... A CUT ABOVE THE REST I bought my certified pre owned Lincon from Varsity in Novi....I recieved a $1000 better trade in value for my used Cadillac than from another local Lincoln dealer....my salesperson Jim Montroy got me a very low interest rate on my loan...I am a very pleased with the way they helped me obtain my beautiful pre owned Lincoln MKX.

Fast & friendly Unlike the service department of this dealership the Body & paint department is a pleasure to deal with. From the person who does the estimate to the person who professionally cleans the interior before they return they car, all of the personel are great and I could not tell my car had been in an accident.
Highly recommended !! Best car dealership around!! Employees were informative, professional and polite throughout the leasing process. It was a pleasure doing business with Varsity, I most definitely will be coming back when my lease is up.
Love this place OK, just have to say I love this place. I've only lived in Florida for 3 years and have leased two cars from them so far.
