A CUT ABOVE THE REST I have leased my last 5 Lincoln's from Varsity in Novi the service I have recieved is outstanding,I qualify for Ford"s Aplan and Varsity always gives me more car for my money than the other dealers I have visited....The service after the sale I recieve really sets them apart from other dealers I have leased or bought from previously....Karen my salesperson provides pick up and delivery to my office or home for for any service or routine maintenence required for my MKZ...I would highly recommend them. Not worth your time and money I have had service done twice at Varsity Lincoln Mercury and will never go back. Both time I was their they attempted to sell me additional and unnecessary services in addition the basic maintenance I requested. This is a new car and should not require the work suggested at this point at time. I have taken the car directly to another dealer and asked if they could find anything work with the vehicle and their response was looks fine. I am a woman and I am not stupid! Varsity Lincoln Mercury I have used this dealership to manage the warranty and maintenance of my Ford lease vehicles and have been very pleased with the service and timeliness.
Anne Marie I bought a used car from Varsity and had a great experience. Mario in the used car dept is super helpful and very attentive. It was a great experience. Since then I also tried the service dept which I was slightly hesitant thinking it would be more expensive. That was the cheapest oil change I've had in years, and not I get coupons from them too. Customer service the way it used to be and they always wash my car too. Love them!!!!!
IMPECCABLE Denise Baiardi at Varsity in Novi lease's my entire family all of our Lincoln and Ford vehicles.....Denise lives near our home in the Brighton-Howell area and does pick up and delivery of all our Lincoln and Fords for service.....great deals and personal service....we wouldn't think of going elsewhere!
Too Sexist Yesterday I took my 2007 Lincoln MKXto this dealership for service. I had been there twice before; each time I asked that the invoice reflect my name, rather than that of my husband. On this occassion I was promised that such would occur. After I paid for the repairs, I noticed that the invoice was still in my husband's name. I went to the website to email my concern to the manager -- there's no "contact us" link. I will rethink returning to Varsity Lincoln for future service.
TOP NOTCH SERVICE I have been very pleased with the level of service I recieve from my sales rep Rich Jelenieski at Varsity...he provides pick up and delivery service for my Lincoln and Ford F-150 from my office in plymouth. I have reccomended Rich to all of my family and business associates and have recieved many "thanks" for doing so.....
EXCELLENT SERVICE I have been a varsity Lincoln customer for over 8 years and I have always recieved great service. my car is washed after every service visit. I recieve pick up and delivery service to my office as well as a lincoln loaner while my vehicle is being serviced. I have compared their maintenenance prices to all major chains and they are comparable....but the personal service service I get from them is excellent.
