Muskegon & Montague Manpower is an awesome staffing agency. I didn't have any problems with the Staff and they were kind and caring. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
This place is a joke. They tell you 1 thing & do the complete opposite. WOW is all I have to say. Federal courtroom for discrimination is honestly sounding great right now. TRUTH is whether you are the 1 discriminating or the 1 allowing it...IT STANDS IN COURT! #Simple
Long wait between jobs. Just makes people not wanna deal with them. I haven't even been offered a job in months. I wanna stay busy I call in almost every week to not get a call back. I ask to be placed on waiting lists for certain companies I doubt that happens because i never get a call back. Yet they can share on fb how they have jobs yet still I get no phone call.
qualify these companies and make it so that jobs have to keep you for 60-90 days. 30days of work is not temporary...30 days is a scam to get people in at low pay rates that will overwork to try to get hired in only to be letgo.companies want to avoid hiring in and paying more so they use manpower to get slave work....if you dont fix this manpower will die a long slow death just like the rest of these outdated shops....poor communication,bad work environments,outdated tech from 2002...Im glad these corporate businesses are dy... read more
In the past I have had the privilege to be placed through Manpower, then working for a company where Manpower did a significant amount of the staffing, and now I have the privilege of being employed with the Manpower Group helping others be placed at various companies within the community.
