Our mother was diagnosed with lung cancer. When we were no longer able to take care of her we turned to ManorCare. She received excellent care. Everyone was so nice and professional. The nursing staff was second to none. Nicole took exceptional care of our mom, Joyce was the first person we saw in the office and she greeted us with a smile and directed us to Kaitlyn and Vivian who were absolutely wonderful. It is horrible there. They don't care for their patients like they should, everyone seems to busy for things but they're just sitting or standing around. When questions are asked about the patients care, they give you the run around. It's an absolutely terrible facility and it should be shut down. No one deserves to be treated the way I see them treating their patients.
