I had told the dealer that I would be up to see a car I wanted two days after i originally inquired about it. The day before I got there, they sold it. I understand that cars get sold on a first come first serve basis but the dealer knew I was planning on coming for that car and had my email address so there is no excuse for not letting me know ahead of time. I drove over an hour to look at this car so it was a huge inconvenience
Very nice people, but when I when to see a truck it wasn't there due to a mistake unfortunately they sold it to someone else.
