This brokerage house is non professional and i don't recomend it to anyone, i called about the load and book it with Teena we agreed on a rate, i asked if we are 100% good on rate and everything else so we can send a trucks towards pick up she say "yes we are good you can send the truck just let me finish what i am doing and i will send ratecon", which we did and 30min later she calls and say she can't do the rate we agree and give me a lower rate which didn't work for us and when we told her to send a TONU she didn't want t... read more
