Pretty dissapointed with the machine we purchased. on our fourth axis motor in 5 years. low hours and nobody from Manncorp has an acceptable answer for the multiple motor failures or has offered to cover ANY of the costs
I flew in from Louisiana to visit Manncorp and purchase a pick and place machine. The customer service was impeccable. They were extremely patient and provided us training on our new machine. We asked questions for almost 4 hours, and they were glad to answer every single question in amazing detail. I've been shopping for a pick and place machine for almost 2 years, and after all my research, everything kept pointing back to Manncorp. I'll be back soon to get more equipment.
