Most difficult thing to do is to contact anyone at the organization, no one is never available. Receptionist picks up but every transfer is to a voicemail and you have to have luck for a response back in a timely matter

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I can't even comprehend how this organization is still around, let alone receiving funding from DC. They will NOT help you. They will NOT respond to you. They WILL take your money to join their "membership". I have sent over 20 emails just begging for help and assistance with the HPAP program. They should honestly be investigated and lose whatever tax-payer funding they've been receiving.
