I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Jones, despite my parents recommending him. I came in with persistent symptoms and pain near my sinus, hoping for a thorough evaluation and some answers. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a shocking lack of empathy. I'm trying not to be too hard on him, but the fact is that he put me through two rounds of heavy-duty antibiotics that did not address the root of the problem, which was ultimately a tooth infection. Upon doing some further research, I learned that almost half of maxillary sinusitis cases that are isolated to one side of the face have a dental origin.
