I want to write this review because I visited the doctor on January 13, and it has now been more than a month and a half since he told me that someone would contact me to send a machine so I could do some tests at home related to my diagnosis. The day after my visit, I received a message saying there was a waiting list. However, nothing else has happened. They charged me huge amount just for single visit. And suggested acid reflux medication which didn’t help me . Didn’t even detect the infection going on. Went to other doctor and they identified the ongoing infection. Reached out to billing to ask about being charged huge amount and they said they correctly billed the amount
My doctors office referred me to this place. Completed the e check in and arrived as requested 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was asked for my insurance info a which I attached photos in my e check in and I was told I was out of network. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Jones, despite my parents recommending him. I came in with persistent symptoms and pain near my sinus, hoping for a thorough evaluation and some answers. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a shocking lack of empathy. When I described the discomfort I was experiencing, the doctor told me, "If it doesn't hurt when you don't press it, then don't press it."
