Very professional and thorough. Jesse was always responsive to my text and was there when I arrived to turn in my lease and lease another car. He looked carefully and found the color I wanted, the Aegean Blue and the car was clean and ready for me when we went out to exchange my personal items from my Honda I was turning in. He took time to show me how the new safety features worked which I really appreciated. Was a very fun and pleasant experience.
My service experience at Manly Honda was excellent. The people who helped me were, without exception, pleasant and professional, and went above and beyond to make what could be a difficult time (my air conditioning went out - an expensive but unavoidable repair) as good as it could possibly be.
