Great customer service, friendly staff, clean environment and easy process all around
Went in for my car service a few weeks ago. I was impressed that they seemed well prepared and were running smoothly considering it was close to the beginning of the shelter in place order. They ordered me an Uber to and from work, so I never had to go inside or wait around. Ted was my service coordinator and he was a great communicator by text/phone. He never pressured me into adding services that weren't needed. Had no issues or complaints.
I took in my CRV because there was a recall. They fixed it quickly and all was well.
Absolutely horrible service experience. I actually bought the car from the dealer and have been bringing the car to the dealer for every service the last 4 years. Upon arrival an extremely rude receptionist was followed by no one knew what was going on for an appointment I had for warranty work. I was told a rental would be included which was a hassle to work out with the rude receptionist. After returning the same receptionist informs me they are charging me for gas ? Service and repairs were done extremely well. Service Tech Ted was the best! He kept me informed throughout the day and advised me before hand what would probably happen with my repairs. Very knowledgeable and efficient.
