The entire service experience is so well organized and the staff works very hard for your customer satisfaction. Friendly people, clean and comfortable waiting area plus a great coffee/espresso maker. All my visits to the service department have been excellent and very satisfying.

Had to wait two hours while my Honda got serviced, but at least there’s a nice waiting area (they’re dog friendly too!) with free WiFi and an coffee/expresso maker. I bought two Hondas here and have been coming here since 2001.
