Relatively smooth transaction, though the finance guy tried hard to upsell us on a third party extended coverage plan. It reeked of desperation for a commission. Please knock it off with this nonsense. Also, 5 days after buying the car we discovered the brake rotors needed resurfacing. I'm in Sacramento, so I'm not going to hoof it all the way back to Santa Rosa to get this addressed, and Manly Honda wouldn't reimburse us the $200 for having it done at the Roseville dealership. bad experience. the car didnt stand 3 days and got broken twice. when I called more than 30 times I always was sent to answering machines. before you buy, one thing. after you buy, very different thing.

Service department is excelllent
This is the second car in the past 5 years that we have purchased from them. I like to no pressure sales staff. Their pricing is very good and makes it so worth the drive from Lake Co. We also have used the service dept and the car was out as promised. Great Friendly staff in all departments.
