Their team is accommodating, hard-working, and transparent. They never "hard-sell." Though the process is long and stressful (in the "good stress" sense), I felt well taken care of as a customer. I call them the "anti-car-dealership."

Terrible customer service! Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. My financial documents were not delivered/mailed in timely manner and I had to contact Financial department many times to get any results. Will not lease from this dealer ever again!
