I have been trying to get an exchange processed and it took 1 week initially to get someone to respond to my concerns, with that response I was given 0 opportunity to ask follow up questions or concerns. I followed the instructions put my ring in the mail with their shipping label on sep 7th, the system was supposedly suppose to update once it saw the order was in the mail and on the way so that I could then have the option to update the ring size if needed as well.
