My husband and I had our house on the market for 6 months with a realty company that was referred to us. We rarely had any house showings nor did we get "staging" advice and feedback from our showings. Angie is awesome. She is very knowledgeable of the market and the most reliable realtor we have worked with. My wife and I were struggling with other realtors. We weren't getting call backs and weren't getting to see the houses we wanted to. Then we called Angie. She would take us to see the houses we wanted see and make suggestions along the lines we were looking for. Angie was very helpful in assisting us in finding homes that were similar to our tastes. She also was very good at letting us know about price changes and different tasks that sellers were willing to before the home changed ownership. She is a very hard working realtor evidenced by the fact that she was named one of the nation's Top 30 Realtors Under 30 years of age.

Angie was very professional and just flat out got things done. We needed things to happen quickly and that was not a problem for Angie. My family and I were relocating to the area and needed direction, Angie provided that and was helpful all the way to closing. After working with several agents and brokers in Mankato my wife and I became frustrated with the lack of skill and service we found.
