Our house languished on the market for 4 years until it was listed with Angie VanEman in June of 2012. In August we were presented with and signed a contingent purchase agreement. Two more purchase agreements, each with better terms, were negotiated and signed. Our house closed six months after listing with Angie within +96% of asking. Angie is my kind of realtor! Listens to what is impt to me, tells me the facts about a property, knowledgeable about the area, good sounding board throughout the process. We contacted Angie VanEman to sell our townhouse in Mankato. After we met with Angie the first time, we could both agree that she seemed eager to get things rolling. She gave us a few tips to get the townhouse ready, and after we put it on the market, we sold it in only 8 days!!! She showed the house everyday, and we were shocked at how easy everything went.
