Angie was so helpful in selling my home. The market in my area was not great but she was always willing to update websites and discuss other options. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a perfectionist who is willing to go above and beyond. She has so much energy and it shows in the job she does!!! Also Bette the office professional is just great---she will also make your experience with American Way great.

Angie is the premier professional when it comes in selling or buying in Mankato! She's exceptionally knowledgeable of the area and market and works on your behalf like no other. Angie listened to my descriptions of what I liked in houses then narrowed our search down to those homes that seemed to fit my needs. However, if I asked to see a particular house that was outside of my description, she never questioned my request; just set up the appointment. She is knowledgeable about steps to take in making an offer to a seller, working with lending companies, inspectors and title companies. Angie was, in a word, amazing. My husband and I were first-time buyers and had absolutely NO idea what we were doing.
