Just bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue from Mankato Nissan. Jake was a great resource to help me with my purchase and guide me through my first car purchase. Though there were a few bumps in the road, he made sure to get me solutions as fast as possible and make sure I was satisfied in the end.
I called Mankato Nissan on a whim from Minneapolis area looking for any BEV that wasn't a 2 year waiting list, Jake said he had availability in 6 months and he'd keep in mind. A couple months later all he/they needed to hold my spot was a copy of my driver's license. Wow in MPLS they needed money down, so it was a no-brainer, go for it. Like others no pressure, answers anytime and updates along the way. I'm happy after the 6 months wait and 1 month ownership. Keep up that interface!

I purchased a vehicle from Jake Averbeck almost 2 years ago. He was extremely helpful in finding the right car for me, and was very patient with the process. Jake followed up with all of my questions and was a pleasure to work with. If Jake did not know an answer to my question, he would ask his supervisor and would have an answer in a timely manner. The whole team at Mankato Motors was pleasant to work with. I plan to deal with them in the future when i am interested in getting a new vehicle.
