I stopped in at Mankato Motors Chevy for a oil change and tire rotation. One of my tires has a slow leak about one to two pounds a month. My question is, how can the tire which leaks be in the same location on vehicle after rotation as before? Can someone please explain, now I have to crawl under to see if they even changed the filter. Whatever happened to that five letter word Trust?
Started out great ... ended not so great. Vehicle wasn't detailed. Went in to get detailed proir to pick up, not only didn't get detailed, but they damaged the rear drivers door backing it out of the shop. We're from Fairmont, ended up making 5 trips to Mankato dealing with this purchase. Final trip, was picking up the spare keys they couldn't find when we took possession. Screwed up my deal twice. Signed all the finance paperwork for a new vehicle and turns out they sent in on the wrong vehicle.so after three days of going back and fourth to the dealership I get no new vehicle.
1 piece of advise : their favorite sales technique is the "bait and switch". they pretend to have the car you want,but surprise they don't

Car Purchase Experience I purchased my last car at Mankato Motors and it was a good experience. I did go to another dealership to compare. When I returned to Mankato Motor and said what I was looking for, it was no hassle. Tim answered my questions. He said he would call me in a week to follow up with me and he did.
