Waited 3. 5 months for a bumper cover and clips. They say on the shelf for who knows how long. No one ever called and said 'hey, your parts are in' Now waiting for probable BECM replacement with no word on where the car is at. Is it still in the body shop? Is it on the rack with the battery pulled? Will it take months to get a BECM? Is that truly what's wrong? Now I'm being spammed with 'pmease rate your experience ' emails.
