Mark at Mkto Motors customer care did a great job of communicating and discussing items that I had concerns about. The work was done in a timely manner at a cost I was happy with.
yes this is very poor to ask for this so if you don't eliminate this requirement in the future my responses will not be so positive.
Would never recommend body work or services. Have had to bring vehicle in several times and issues remain. Basically, laughed it off.
The humming/vibrating is still happening. Afraid bought a 2024 car with a bad transmission.
