The Service Department opened their bays 5 minutes early vs. just waiting for 7 am. The tech referred to notes when I called about the maintenace that needed to be done and did not have to go over all the issues again. They fixed my problem and discussed issues that might have been a problem.
They have very quick and efficient service, very timely results and easy to work with staff.
I needed a routine oil change on my 2023 Traverse High Country. I stopped by the Express Service. The job was done in less than an hour.

Service was great but after I parked in my garage and went to leave I had a oil spot on my floor. Had to go underneath and clean up the oil that was not taken care of.

Super efficient and fast. Car was in and out within 15 minutes. Workers very polite.
Craig and Mark were very helpful in solving the issue with my car. After phone conversations discussing how my car was acting, I dropped the car off on Tuesday and was ready for pickup on Wednesday. I was kept informed of what was happening the entire time my car was in the shop.
All work very hard to get the best service for all of their customers needs!
