Dr. Manjoo has been my endocrinologist for about a year. My first appointment was fine but each appointment since has left me in tears. She is unprofessional, rude, and combative. Chuckles at my questions and refuses to answer them (“that’s not my job to answer you should know that already”). Tells me I’m doing fine even though I’m telling her I’m not. I was a patient of Dr.Manjoo for about 9 years. I always had to wait at least 2 hours to see her at her office. After COVID started I could only have phone appointments for which I had to wait at least one and a half hours past my assigned appointment time. She was frequently very sharp or snippy with me despite my efforts to be pleasant, and it was an effort. My last appointment was a month ago. She neglected to give me the results of my urine test. Extremely extremely extremely frustrating experience. We were waiting for two months to have an appointment with Dr, but on the day of appointment itself, Dr was late for one hour 10 minutes and the silly reason they gave is that Dr was on a trip and she is coming back. I am really disappointed to see a person who is a doctor and who is so careless and irresponsible of the services right now she is driving and we are not sure how long she gonna take. Heard many bad things about this doctor and requested a different one but this is the one my MD insisted that I go to. I have been waiting 9 months for appointment then last second decided to reject the appointment without any reasoning or notice. Completely useless
