Customer service employee ANN so rude n want us to apply cancellation fees,I can't believe been here for a decade doing business shipping.We have emergency today n she insisting cancellation fees.What a RUDE EMPLOYEE n telling me she don't care if I even talk to her manager...RUDE!RUDE!

Worst customer experience. not sure why would you be in field of service if you’ll just be rude towards your customers. I was trying to schedule a pick up and when i told HER i will not be available on the time she was giving me, she straight up told me to just look for another courier! a lot has changed since they first started. you just lost me and my family/friends business. I’d rather pay a little bit more but will be treated with respect. a company that would want my business

My family received the box yesterday and a lot of my padala got stolen!! so disappointed of this company. tried calling them a couple of times and they dont answer. Seen mode din sa messenger. Dont ever trust this anymore.
