I’ve been dealing with this company for at least two months to return my refund because I overpay sending boxes. I have requested for a refund multiple times but yet ignored me and I even called and texted the Location but they never responded or they will call me and let me know that they will take care of it but until today they have not. I have been loyal to this company and sending boxes for many years now they just lost my business I can go somewhere else.. I will be taking them to court
Customer service employee ANN so rude n want us to apply cancellation fees,I can't believe been here for a decade doing business shipping.We have emergency today n she insisting cancellation fees.What a RUDE EMPLOYEE n telling me she don't care if I even talk to her manager...RUDE!RUDE!
Poor service from Anj who answers the call. She couldn’t do the simple job by delivering what she promised to the customer.
